Shipment is usually sent out to our local U.S. Postal Service Office within 48 hours of receipt of order, e-mail (as provided) notification will be sent to you.
International customers, please be advised of your responsibility for your country's import restrictions if any. For our U.S. customers - absolutely no problem, you are free and cleared.
Return Policy and Terms
We will exchange or refund
for defective items within the first 30 days.
After 30 days we do not exchange or give refunds for any item we sell.
Any item that needs to be exchanged or refunded must be sent to us freight paid by customer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in any case as we cannot reclaim these fees from our shippers.
Customers are responsible to pay for any duties, taxes, customs and other clearance fees for orders shipped outside the USA.
We do not offer any type of insurance or warranty for damage caused
to personal property or items used in conjunction with the products we
sell.
Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from info@hawaiiankava.com before returning any merchandise. Note that we will not accept any merchandise sent without a RMA number.
All returns must be in original unused condition or else it will not be accepted.
Returns must be received within 10 days of the RMA's issuance.
Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Customer
is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns. Please
be sure that return shipments are properly packed and fully insured.
Hawaiian Kava Center LLC is not responsible for returned
packages if lost by shipper.
